The modern living room, connected to a dining area for 10 people and a fully equipped kitchen, is perfect for relaxation and preparing gourmet meals. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, there are four air-conditioned bedrooms. Two rooms have double beds (180x200 cm), one of which offers a direct sea view and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom, also with a double bed (180x200 cm), has access to a terrace with a sea view, while the fourth, a children's bedroom with two bunk beds (90x200 cm), shares a common bathroom with a shower. The exterior of Villa Wonder impresses with every detail. The spacious terrace includes a heated 32 m2 pool surrounded by sun loungers for relaxation. The garden is equipped with outdoor furniture, a charcoal grill, and a large dining table – perfect for evenings under the stars. The entire property is fenced, ensuring privacy and security, with three private parking spaces available.
